It seems like ages since Wilma or Alfie\nlet me get my paws on the blog so I\u2019ve dived in before either of them can\ncomplain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re all home safe and sound. Of course, I\u2019m glad to be here, but I had a wonderful time in kennels. It\u2019s like life without the fun police around. I can play to my heart\u2019s content with no one watching over me saying \u2018Now be careful, Ari. Don\u2019t do that, Ari.\u2019 Oh I love our Mistress, but boy can she fuss. I know it\u2019s often for my own good, but I want to let my fur down and just be a normal puppy every once in a while. Ok, \u2018puppy\u2019 might be pushing it a bit. It will be my eight birthday in just over a week, so maybe not puppy, but you get the idea. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/alfiedog.me.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/IMG_8330-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16501\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cuddles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Having said all that, I was on a thirty minute repeat cycle\nfor showering our Mistress with affection, just in case she wasn\u2019t there again.\nI do miss her and I do like to hear her telling me she\u2019s missed me too. She\ngave me my new toy too, so that put a smile on my face.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alfie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Alfie is doing remarkably well. He says his new harness to\nhelp him when he needs to use the ramp or stairs is going to take a bit of getting\nused to. I think more importantly our Mistress is going to have to remember to\nremove it so he can pee, or it\u2019s going to get a bit wet and smelly! Just\nsaying. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our Mistress has decided it\u2019s time for him to cut out stairs\nalmost completely. It\u2019s not that he can\u2019t do them, it\u2019s just that he seems a\nlot better when he doesn\u2019t. That means he now gets taken out to the garden by\nthe front door and then round the side of the house. He\u2019s a bit confused about\nit all at the minute and keeps thinking he\u2019s going for a walk, but I\u2019m sure he\u2019ll\nget the hang of it soon. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Well, I\u2019m off to put my paws up.
