Yay, we\u2019ve got visitors. Of course we all see that differently,\nbut in my book two extra people in the house means four extra hands to stroke\nme and that in any dog\u2019s book is good news. Alfie finds the disruption a bit\nconfusing, but he\u2019s known one of them all his life as he\u2019s Mum\u2019s nephew so that\nis all fine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Alfie had a lovely time swimming yesterday. He said that when\nhe\u2019s in the water he doesn\u2019t have to worry that his legs will give way and not\nsupport him, so he can relax a little. It\u2019s a good job he floats. Having said\nthat, Mum said in the water he seemed to me moving his legs much better, which\nwill do him good. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
One of the nice things about being home at the moment is that\nI get to sleep on Mum\u2019s bed. I know if we are staying away that I\u2019m not allowed\nto do that and don\u2019t even try to climb on. It doesn\u2019t take us long to work out\nthat there are different rules in different situations. There is very little\nwhich is off limits when we\u2019re at home. We pretty much are the ones in charge,\nbut don\u2019t tell Dad I said that. He might think Mum should be stricter with us.\nThe day here is completely shaped around us. Well, when I say \u2018us\u2019 it\u2019s mainly\nAlfie and Ari who are time driven. Shadow and I are a bit more flexible. Maybe\nit\u2019s a boy thing. If Ari doesn\u2019t go to bed on time he gets really stroppy.\nAlfie, it\u2019s more about food. He especially likes his lunch on time and becomes\nquite agitated if it\u2019s not. I guess it\u2019s a good job we aren\u2019t all the same. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Don\u2019t tell Mum I\u2019m saying this, but the homegrown vegetables\nare great. She has stupidly but the roof box back where I can use it to climb\nonto the vegetable troughs. I shall be taking full advantage of the carrots\nuntil she finds somewhere else to put it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
