Otters<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our Mistress is going to see if the otters are on the river\ntoday. She got very excited the last time she was in Bedford because there were\notters. Now she wants to go to see them again. Her level of excitement comes a\nbit too close to being unfaithful to us as far as I can see. Not as bad as how\nshe is with alpacas, but pretty bad. I really can see her ending up with an\nanimal sanctuary of some sort. I suppose I don\u2019t mind too much as I could help.\nI\u2019m absolutely no threat to small animals. Sadly I don\u2019t think the girls see\nthings in quite the same light. I have never tried to pull our Mistress over\nwhen out for a walk, because I see some wildlife. That is not true of either of\nthe girls. To be fair even Alfie had his moments where rabbits or small dogs\nwere concerned. Maybe I\u2019m just too much of a softy. I\u2019ve never really done the\nmacho image thing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

People<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Now people are a different matter. I\u2019ve growled at more people\nthan the others have. Mind you, the only times I\u2019ve done it our Mistress said\nthat if she had been a dog she\u2019d probably have growled at them too. I said \u2018Why\nlet not being a dog stop you? I\u2019ve seen you growl at people! She didn\u2019t take that\nawfully well, but I really did have a valid point. I guess we all have our\nlimits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next Weekend<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Wilma and Shadow are already getting excited about next\nweekend. They are going to be learning to play Treibball at our fun day on\nSaturday. Sadly, Alfie and I won\u2019t have the opportunity, which is a shame, but\nI still hope the girls enjoy it and take lots of photos for us all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
