Well it\u2019s Aristotle here. I don\u2019t normally get to write on a\nWednesday so I feel a bit excited. It\u2019s not for a good reason though, but on\nthe positive side I\u2019ve not undertaken a coup if that\u2019s what you were thinking.\nWilma is recovering from her sedation yesterday so has put her paws up and\nAlfie is having a dementia day so wasn\u2019t really being coherent. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Well the good news is that Wilma will be just fine. She hasn\u2019t\ndone anything to her elbow and if she would only be a bit more relaxed while\nbeing examined she could have been sorted out a whole load easier. Anyway, she\nhad got something stuck in her paw. Our lovely vet doesn\u2019t know exactly what it\nwas that was stuck as in the process of removing it the offending item shot\nacross the room and hasn\u2019t been seen since. The good news is that with a little\nbit of time on soft surfaces, some painkillers and the chance to sleep off her\nsedation, she\u2019s going to be just fine and has been promised some days out with\nour Mistress to make up for the ones she missed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Physically Alfie is doing pretty well, however coming home\nafter a few days in kennels has left Alfie feeling confused. He\u2019s been barking\na lot in kennels again, so he\u2019s strained his voice and sounds quite funny. He\nhad a bit of a panic at swimming and so had to get out of the pool for a\nminute, but then carried on with our Mistress walking up and down the side next\nto him. Then in the afternoon he had another toilet \u2018incident\u2019 in the kitchen,\nfrom confusion and distress rather than anything else. Our Mistress says he\u2019ll\nbe fine in a day or two, but with her having to go to see Grandpa we are going\nto have a number of days in kennels, so he might find it all a bit hard. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Anyway, that\u2019s how you got me writing for you today. I\u2019m sure\nAlfie will be back tomorrow or if not Wilma will insist that she\u2019s doing it, so\nI\u2019ll have to wait for my next chance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
