I have reached the grand age of\nthirteen without having the slightest idea how they think. Both Wilma and our\nMistress need to lose weight. PLEASE don\u2019t tell either of them I said that,\nelse I\u2019ll be dog meat. Now, I can only say all this from the standpoint of the\nfact that both Ari and I are relatively trim and fit right now, otherwise of\ncourse I\u2019d be being hypocritical. Someone needs to tell them both that it doesn\u2019t\nhappen by just hoping you\u2019ll be thinner! Neither one of them seems to be getting\nthe hang of cutting down on the food. Here is Wilma\u2019s \u2018why haven\u2019t you fed me\nyet?\u2019 face. Our Mistress is worse as she\u2019s the one who controls the food and\nshe just doesn\u2019t seem to want to stop herself. Don\u2019t tell our Master but I\nthink she may have eaten his Easter egg. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/alfiedog.me.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/IMG_7775-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16009\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fit and Fat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This isn\u2019t just about fitness. The pair of them can walk all day and are very happy to be outdoors, but I\u2019ve told them it\u2019s not about distance it\u2019s about cutting down. In our Mistress\u2019s case it\u2019s also about cutting out bad things. Wilma isn\u2019t allowed to eat bad things, but that\u2019s not the point. I did tentatively suggest that they should both start a sponsored slim. Perhaps if they had a goal in mind, like raising funds for our Club\u2019s rescue fund, it might help to focus their minds. I thought I might see if any of you would be up for encouraging them with some sponsorship. Our Mistress needs to lose 2 stone (that\u2019s 28 pounds or 12.7kg) and Wilma needs to lose about 4 kg. Let\u2019s call it 17kg between them. What do you think? Is it worth sponsoring them to lose it and raise some money to look after Heidi in the process?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019m off to swimming.
