Humans! That\u2019s all I\u2019ve got to say. Humans! You just wouldn\u2019t\nbelieve how stupid they can be. I told you our Mistress is having a bit of a\nclear out. Well the bicycle is offered for free but she has explained it has\nflat tyres and a bent rear suspension fork. So far two people have wanted it\nand both expected to be able to cycle away on it. Now I\u2019m only a dog, but I can\nwork out that the description doesn\u2019t make that very easy. On the other paw,\nshe has a long waiting list for Aristotle\u2019s buggy and is now wondering if she\nshould be opening a shop selling them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
We spent yesterday in day care. We are all used to going to\nthe kennels but usually we take an overnight bag. It was odd going just for the\nday and I know this is going to sound strange, but I think we all sort of\nenjoyed it. They say a change is as good as a rest and we all came back ready\nfor a long sleep, which our Mistress appreciated. We don\u2019t let her have many\nlie ins, so even not getting out of bed until almost six o clock is\nappreciated. I think she\u2019s planning to go back to bed again this morning so we\u2019ve\ngot to behave for an hour or two while she has a sleep. One of us, naming no\nnames, is planning to go back to bed with her! Sometimes it\u2019s annoying that I\ncan\u2019t climb on the bed anymore. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
So there we were last week with little sunny signs every day\non the weather. Now that the summerhouse is ready, we\u2019ve got little rainy symbols\nand a thundery one. Our Mistress says we are all going to be dodging the\nshowers to get our walks in – or getting very wet. She doesn\u2019t mind taking us\nin the rain but draws the line and having to worry about lightning seeing as\nwhere we walk is so very open. I\u2019m taking bets on how successful dodging the\nrain is \u2013 she usually fails miserably.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
