We\u2019re having a Sunday lie in. It\u2019s a bit of a luxury. Mum\ncan\u2019t go to collect the others until this afternoon so she and I are making the\nmost of it. She said she was feeling really tired so how would I feel about an\nearly night and a lie in this morning? Given she said I could share her bed, who\nwas I to argue. I\u2019ve popped downstairs just for my breakfast and to write this\nfor you and then I\u2019m nipping back upstairs to bed again. I think when we do get\nup we\u2019re going for a nice walk somewhere, if we can find anywhere that is not\ntoo wet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I have to say that Mum taking the middle panel of the crate\nout to make it easier for Alfie really has its advantages. It\u2019s great having so\nmuch space when we\u2019re travelling. I really enjoyed being able to stretch out\nand move around when I wanted to. I\u2019ve asked if we can keep it like that for my\nnext trip to Switzerland. Mum says she will have to see how much luggage she\nneeds to travel with but I\u2019m optimistic that she will say yes. I\u2019m counting\ndown the days to going now. I can\u2019t wait. There has been a bit of a snow melt\ngoing on, but I\u2019m sure there will be some more before I get there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Of course the downside of today is that Mum has said I\nshould do some training for Crufts. I\u2019m not awfully keen if we\u2019re being honest,\nbut I guess she doesn\u2019t want me to embarrass us both. She did sweeten it\nslightly by saying I will always be perfect in her eyes, but I know that\u2019s just\nflannel. So I\u2019m ready to keep my head up and trot nicely in a straight line.\nOk, I\u2019ll be honest, I\u2019m expecting it to be like last year where I just want to\nget out of the ring and go to find her!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
