There\nare some things that need to be left to the younger generation and computers\nare one of them. Leaving aside the fact that I am, as dogs go, highly computer\nliterate, there are limits to the things I understand. Actually, to be fair, I\u2019ve\nreached the age where there is a limit to the things I want to apply my brain\nto. Being asked if I want a \u2018landing page\u2019 on my site is all well and good, but\nI have not the least idea what our Mistress is talking about. I\u2019m picturing\nsomething that planes come down on, but there\u2019s a part of me that thinks a plane\nlanding on my computer could only be a bad thing. I don\u2019t think our Mistress\nfound my response all that helpful. I said \u2018If it needs doing, just do it.\u2019 But\nit turns out she was looking for more of a discussion on the relative merits. I\nthink she\u2019s picked the wrong dog if she wants to discuss philosophy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We\nare forecast snow for today. You cannot believe how much time Wilma can spend\nlooking out of the window to see if the first flake has fallen yet. She also\nkeeps asking to go out, just to be on the safe side in case she misses any. On\nthe other paw, when I asked our Master the other day if he\u2019d had any snow\novernight his response was \u2018Only two inches\u2019, at which point I realised how\nused to living in Switzerland he is getting. Here, two inches of snow is\nconsidered a national state of emergency and no one is able to continue normal\nlife. Of course, we\u2019re also pretty short of snow ploughs and there is a limit\nto how much grit we keep in store, but all the same, we are pretty useless. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Today\nis another important day on the Brexit front. I\u2019m crossing my paws that someone\nwill start to see sense and stop this whole sorry mess. Now there\u2019s talk of the\nrisk of food shortages and all sorts. We either need our Mistress to pack us\nall up and take us out to stay with our Master until everything calms down or I\nneed our Mistress to stock up on Bonios in case there is a risk of those going\nshort. There are some things in life you just shouldn\u2019t take a risk with!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
