Oh the indignities know no bounds. If it\u2019s\nnot bad enough that I\u2019m not having cream applied to my bottom with a long\ncotton bud, I get our Mistress questioning exactly what I\u2019ve been eating. Ok,\nso I managed to poo five large poos in one day. You\u2019d hold it in if your bottom\nwas as sore as mine. Actually, if I\u2019m being honest, it wasn\u2019t the quantity she\nqueried it was more what I\u2019d been eating to make it alternately green and\nblack. I\u2019ve been found out. My secret is out. I\u2019ve been raiding the compost bin\nwhen I\u2019ve been saying I need to go outside. \u2018Apparently\u2019 that\u2019s not good for me\nand I\u2019m not supposed to do it. I\u2019m now under very close supervision and my free\ntime in the garden has been curtailed. Humans can be so mean.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Well here we are with snowdrops coming out in\nthe garden and having to fight with whether some snow is finally going to be\nfalling out of the sky. We\u2019re all waiting for England to come to a grinding\nhalt thanks to a few millimetres of snow. Meanwhile in Switzerland our Master\nis going to collect his new snowblower today to try to clear away the several\ninches of snow that seem to fall on our house there every night. How do the\nbuses, trains and planes in Switzerland run on time whatever the weather,\nwhereas here you only have to blink to find they have been delayed? Somehow I suspect\nit\u2019s one of the many areas where my country of birth could learn a lot from\nWilma\u2019s country of birth and if she goes round looking smug then I will not be\nimpressed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I\u2019m voting for a duvet day today. To be fair,\nI always vote for a duvet day, but most of the time I\u2019m thwarted. Maybe just\nthis once I could have my own way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
