As it turned out, when we went up my mountain it was very very foggy so we checked all the Swiss webcams to see if we\u2019d be able to see anything. All we would have seen was fog \u2013 fog and more fog! It didn\u2019t seem such a good idea for the humans to pay a lot of money to go up to the top of a hill to see fog, when they could see it for free at ground level. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/alfiedog.me.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/IMG_6987-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"A view across Zug\" class=\"wp-image-15526\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-running-with-mama\">Running with Mama<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Anyway, so we started the day up my mountain\nand Mama and I had a good run again. I did more running as we could see other\npaw prints in the snow and Mama is not always so pleased to see other dogs as I\nam. It was funny being able to see that dogs had gone up the hill ahead of us but\nnone had yet come down. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/alfiedog.me.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/IMG_6974-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15527\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">My beautiful Mama<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>There were some amazing icicles which had\nformed on the parking meter machines and signs. They weren\u2019t there yesterday,\nbut then neither was the snow. It wasn\u2019t a lot of snow but definitely a good\nstart and enough for me to get excited about. To be fair, I get excited easily.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-zug-pedestrian-crossings\">Zug Pedestrian Crossings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Walking round Zug later we looked at the shops\nand at the old town and then found a lovely park where we could look down\ntowards the lake. We went to see the birds in the aviary near the lake too. I\nwas very good and a bit more confident now I feel I know my way around there.\nOne thing I did notice is that there are a lot of pedestrian crossings where\nthere are lights and a little human changes from red to green when it\u2019s ok for\nthe humans to cross. The problem is that there is no little dog and I didn\u2019t\nknow whether that meant it was safe for me to cross or not. I think there\nshould be little dogs with the little humans so we are clear. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-today\">Today<\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" src=\"http:\/\/alfiedog.me.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/IMG_6975-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15529\" srcset=\"https:\/\/alfiesdiary.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/IMG_6975-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/alfiesdiary.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/IMG_6975.jpg 338w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">My paw prints<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>I\u2019m going up my mountain again soon, but Mama\ncan\u2019t come today. My sister Valeria has a vet visit to see just how many\npuppies she will be having next week.
