Oh my week is going from bad to worse. My ear is healing nicely but then a tooth fell out. To be frank it was only part of a tooth so off I went to the vet to have it looked at. It\u2019s the one right at the very back so it hadn\u2019t been possible for my Mistress to get to in order to check if there was a problem. Anyway, it seems I must have swallowed the rest of it, either that or it is somewhere in the covers of my Master and Mistress\u2019s bed, which is where she found the other half! At least as it has all come out of its own accord I don\u2019t have to have any dental work to have it removed. However the vet has said I might benefit from a polish and clean so I\u2019ve agreed with my Mistress that if it will help to avoid that she can go back to cleaning my teeth every day. I let her for a few days but then she has to catch me. On balance I may make myself easier to catch as it is probably better than having to be sedated by the vet! Getting old is hard to take, although obviously the ear wasn\u2019t an age things. I\u2019ve also lost lots of my undercoat all at once as it has at last deigned to warm up. It means my coat is looking a little ragged in places which isn\u2019t adding to be feelings of general well-being \u2026 or lack of them!<\/p>\n
At least it was Ari\u2019s turn for swimming yesterday so I didn\u2019t have to face that as well. I just want a few days peace and quiet to relax and restore my feelings of well-being. I suppose we all have those times. I\u2019ll be back to my old self soon.<\/p>\n
