I\u2019ve really not been feeling myself over the last couple of days. Nothing I can specifically put my paw on and I have still been happy to go for walks, but just a bit off colour. Ari told you that I didn\u2019t really make the most of the photo shoot. I don\u2019t know why I just felt a bit jumpy and out of things. Our Mistress is taking lots of time to comfort me and make me feel better but I wouldn\u2019t even get into bed with her for my morning cuddle. I think I\u2019m just feeling my age a bit at the moment and on top of that, to be frank, I am struggling with Aristotle taking over from Shadow as top dog. I\u2019m really hoping that she starts feeling fit and healthy soon and puts him in his place. I suppose it may just be time to face up to the fact of a new world order and accept it. Mind you, I think Ari is in for a trip to the vet as he has a lump on the inside of one of his elbows. There\u2019s always something. Mind you, when I look at the humans in this household they are no different. There always seems to be some niggle or other.<\/p>\n

At least I\u2019ve got something to look forward to. I\u2019m going away next weekend and will get to see my girlfriend. That\u2019s really exciting as I haven\u2019t seen her for a while. It means my Mistress will see her goddaughter too, so she\u2019s pretty excited. Seeing Bella, my girlfriend is always good for me. Somehow she can make me feel good about myself, just by being there. I shall get to see my grandparents over the weekend too, so it will be a special trip. I think a weekend of being spoilt is just what I need to be honest.<\/p>\n
