To be fair it wasn\u2019t the children that the problem, unless you are counting me! We had the photo shoot yesterday and it was not completely as scripted. The humans did all the things that were asked of them, but it\u2019s fair to say that the dogs didn\u2019t and I wasn\u2019t the only culprit! I don\u2019t think Alfie was really in the mood for it. He\u2019d got a few aches and pains and was generally feeling pretty grumpy. He and I had a bit of an argument, which didn\u2019t help as then he didn\u2019t want to sit anywhere near me and in the end Shadow had to sit between us so that he would even come into shot. He didn\u2019t even want to look into our Mistress\u2019s eyes when we tried to recreate her favourite photo with him. I gave it my best, but staying still is not something I\u2019m especially good at and as for Shadow, well she just wanted to bounce. Looking on the bright side, we all got lovely long walks out of it (so that we\u2019d be calmer \u2013 that didn\u2019t work then!) and we all got lots of treats to get us to face the camera, lie down and generally cooperate. It was fun. I didn\u2019t get any shots on my own, which I was disappointed about. Alfie\u2019s got some great ones from his last shoot and I had in mind being able to have a similar portfolio, but my Mistress has said that if things work out she might let me have a session of my own one day. I know that\u2019s all a big vague, but I think it\u2019s the best offer I\u2019m going to get.<\/p>\n
I\u2019m really fed up that it\u2019s not fine and sunny anymore either. I was really enjoying my sunny walks. I\u2019ll make do with rainy ones, but it\u2019s not nearly as good. Everyone is so much happier when the sun is shining.<\/p>\n
